About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Future Programmes Lead to drive the planning, development, and delivery of future infrastructure programmes within a complex defence environment. The role focuses on shaping long-term infrastructure strategy, ensuring projects and investment plans align with operational needs and business objectives. Working with key stakeholders, you will oversee programme planning, governance, and delivery, balancing strategic priorities, budgets, and compliance requirements to ensure infrastructure remains resilient, sustainable, and fit for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Intelligent Customer for infrastructure programme requirements, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, challenged, and translated into effective delivery plans.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand and align capability requirements with operational priorities, business objectives, and long-term strategic direction.
- Lead the development of future programme masterplans, site optimisation strategies, and supporting infrastructure plans to meet evolving operational demands.
- Act as the primary interface between future programme teams and the client, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and effective programme coordination.
- Work closely with compliance and asset management teams to assess asset condition, identify future infrastructure requirements, and support long-term investment planning.
- Provide infrastructure planning and programme support across wider client areas of responsibility, as directed by the management chain, to ensure business continuity and strategic alignment.
- Deliver regular progress updates, risk reports, and strategic recommendations to the management chain, supporting informed decision-making and programme governance.

Key Requirements:
Essential:
- MS O365 proficient.
- Project Management experience
- Excelled stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Organised with ability to work on own initiative.
- Sole UK National, with the ability to obtain and SC Clearance.
