Programme Manager
Experienced Programme Manager – Games Workshop
About the Role
If you’re an experienced Programme Manager who thrives on bringing clarity to complex projects and driving them to successful completion, we’d love to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact programmes at Games Workshop, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver initiatives that will reshape how we operate for years ahead.
Primarily based within our Logistics & Central Operations team, you’ll focus on a strategic programme covering sustainability, compliance, and operational improvements across our rapidly growing global business.
Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Define and deliver programmes from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Anticipate risks, implement governance structures, and control budgets effectively
- Drive momentum—adapting to changing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and clear progress communicated
- Own end-to-end accountability for major projects, balancing problem-solving with assessments of trade-offs and resource allocation
Key Challenges & Opportunities:
- Work alongside senior decision-makers to challenge assumptions, advocate for data-driven solutions, and advocate job requirements when necessary
- Efficiently manage investments and partnerships, whether internal teams or external delivery partners
- Solve problems that span multiple departments and stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration

Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Proven programme management experience across large-scale initiatives—your background could span:
- Manufacturing
- Retail/Logistics
- Utilities
- Financial services
- Healthcare/Pharma
- Other complex business environments
- Confidence in driving and balancing priorities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining clarity
- Exceptional communication—building rapport quickly, translating technical insights for diverse audiences, and maintaining trust across teams
- Strong commercial insight and judgement to adapt strategy based on outcomes
