Financial Services Programme Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead Financial Services initiatives within the FH&B Transformation activity.

This senior leadership role involves:

  • Acting as the day-to-day FS lead, ensuring seamless coordination across all FH&B workstreams
  • Driving delivery of strategic solutions and supporting innovation in customer financial journeys

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead the FH&B Financial Services workstream as the single point of accountability
  • Collaborate closely with other FH&B workstream leads to ensure aligned plans and integrated delivery
  • Manage the full programme lifecycle:
    • Discovery & business case development
    • Governance & delivery oversight
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across all levels:
    • Executive Committee (for clear decision-making)
    • Manage planning, risks and dependencies
  • Partner with Digital, Technology and third-party teams to deliver practical change

Who You Are

Required:

✅ Proven experience managing complex transformation programmes from inception through delivery ✅ Strong financial services experience (desirable but not mandatory for entry) ✅ Robust programme management capabilities:

  • Governance frameworks
  • Financial acumen
  • Risk identification/management
