You will lead a high-impact £3m annual deployment programme, delivering centimetre-accurate positioning technology to thousands of frontline workers. Overseeing a team of implementation managers, you'll manage end-to-end rollouts, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive cultural change within heavy industries to ensure life-saving technology is adopted effectively and safely.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end rollout of safety hardware, including scheduling, training, and on-site adoption support for thousands of workers.
  • Lead and coach a team of 3-5 Implementation Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day delivery and unblock operational challenges.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, managing high-stakes relationships and reporting progress with transparency and integrity.

The ideal candidate

  • A resilient operator with a background in startups or scale-ups who thrives in autonomous, hands-on environments.
  • Proven experience managing hardware deployments, logistics, or scheduling for large blue-collar workforces in heavy industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to win over sceptics and drive cultural change among frontline operational teams.
