Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager
2-Year Fixed Term Contract | Circa £75,000 (Hybrid – 2 days per week on site)
We are currently recruiting two Senior Project Managers / Programme Managers to support a large-scale system implementation programme within a complex, regulated environment. This is a high-profile, business-critical initiative, ideally suited to experienced delivery professionals with a strong background in enterprise system implementations.
The Role
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major systems programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers. The role requires strong governance, planning, and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring successful outcomes across timelines, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale system implementation projects or programmes
- Establish and maintain robust project / programme governance
- Manage senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide clear reporting on progress, milestones, and outcomes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager
- Track record of delivering complex system implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within regulated or highly complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
