About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Programme Manager roles within our growing consultancy business. What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and projects
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and milestone schedules
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting delivery coordination where required
- Managing stakeholder communication and keeping teams aligned on priorities
- Overseeing budget tracking, financial analysis and risk reporting
- Identifying, escalating and supporting resolution of risks and issues
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and user stories
- Producing governance reports and supporting senior stakeholder visibility

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and programme management
- Strong capability in project planning, scheduling and risk and issue management
- Experience with multi-workstream coordination and programme governance
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budget oversight and reporting
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices, stakeholder collaboration and backlog refinement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- UK work authorisation
Nice-to-have experience includes:
- Facilitation of agile ceremonies
- Process improvement methodologies
- Additional qualifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2)
