Mind Body Spirit Festival is a leading event organiser specialising in wellbeing and spirituality, with a history dating back to 1977. Our events bring together a vibrant community of exhibitors, speakers, and attendees passionate about personal growth, health, and spiritual exploration. Beyond our flagship festivals at Olympia and the NEC, we also organise impactful concerts, conferences and training sessions, annually inspiring thousands. We are a dynamic, evolving company at the heart of the wellbeing industry.
Role: Head of Programming
Location: Remote & Onsite. Reports to: Events Director Works with: Event Director, Managing Director & Marketing Hours: Full Time Salary: £35,000 + bonus structure
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Head of Programming to lead our programming strategy and expand our event portfolio. This role blends creative curation, deep expertise in mind-body-spirit wellness, and sharp commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities
Festival & Event Programming
- Lead programming for the prestigious Mind Body Spirit Festival in London and Birmingham.
- Curate line-ups that are trendsetting, diverse, and commercially successful.
- Drive year-on-year audience growth through expanded engagement strategies.
Speaker, Publisher & Artist Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile speakers, authors, and industry partners.
- Foster long-term collaborations to enhance our event quality and reach.
Commercial Growth
- Launch and oversee a monthly event series in our Festival hubs (online, in-person, and training formats).
- Ensure a commercially successful and thriving community for attendees, exhibitors, and partners.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in programming or curating large-scale festivals and events.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing revenue growth targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and networking abilities.
- Highly organised, creative, and collaborative.
- Confidence in working effectively within a small team.
- Passion for personal growth, wellbeing, and the mind-body-spirit connection.
- Community-focused approach with demonstrated commitment.
