This is a fixed term role for 2 years.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects across Apex Hotels. Sitting at the heart of our transformation journey, this role will drive the planning and delivery of cross-functional programmes that support our ambition to be a modern, purpose-driven hospitality business.
Working closely with leadership, operational, commercial and central teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to our guest experience ambitions, commercial objectives, technology strategy and brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change across our hotel portfolio, helping shape the future of Apex Hotels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategic transformation and hotel improvement projects across Apex Hotels.
- Manage programme roadmaps, timelines and key project milestones.
- Oversee programme governance, including risks, issues and project reporting.
- Responsibility for project budgets, resource alignment and benefits realisation.
- Work closely with the cross-divisional Technology Transformation Team, operational stakeholders and external partners to coordinate cross-functional planning and delivery.
- Lead the successful implementation and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Lead continuous improvement in project management standards, technology tools and practices.

About You:
You are a highly organised and commercially aware Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. A strong communicator and relationship builder, you thrive on bringing people together, overcoming challenges and turning strategic ambitions into measurable results.
Passionate about delivering positive outcomes, you understand the importance of balancing commercial performance with exceptional guest and colleague experiences. You are comfortable operating across multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven programme and project management experience within a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, risks and project delivery.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for delivering positive business, guest and colleague experiences.
