At Boeing Global Services, we innovate and collaborate to transform the aviation industry. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace with unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. Join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of aerospace services.
About Boeing Global Services
With over a century of expertise, Boeing brings world-class engineering, digital aviation, analytics, and supply chain logistics services to both commercial and defence customers. Our focus on agility, cost-competitive solutions, and operational efficiency ensures clients can optimize their aircraft operations regardless of what materials or equipment they supply.
Boeing Global Services manages the post-delivery modification of aircraft, including:
- Integration of new systems (e.g., seating, In-flight Entertainment (IFE) equipment, monuments such as galleys, lavatories, and storage)
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders (equipment suppliers, logistics teams)
- Alignment with technical and regulatory standards (e.g., through Engineering, Airworthiness, and Logistics teams)
This hybrid role, based in Frimley or Dublin, is highly collaborative, involving stakeholder communications across leadership levels internally and externally. A background in aerospace programme management, project leadership, or aircraft modification is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
The programme manager will own strategic delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, airworthiness standards, and commercial viability. Core responsibilities include:
Programme Governance & Risk Management
- Act as the global liaison between Boeing and airline customers, managing expectation alignment and centring requirements
- Assert full programme ownership — overseeing:
- Delivery schedules (ensuring on-time, cost-effective completion)
- Quality standards ( توفق with regulatory and customer requirements)
- Financial transparency and compliance
- Identify, classify, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and opportunities, reporting escalations to senior stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
