Leading Hospitality client now requires an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead a complex divestment programme, covering the carve-out of a business unit and the associated separation of systems, data, and operational processes.

This is a high-visibility role reporting into senior leadership, requiring someone who can bring structure and pace to a fast-moving, multi-workstream separation while managing risk, stakeholders, and third parties throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the divestment programme, from planning through to Day 1 readiness and post-separation stabilisation.
  • Lead business separation workstreams alongside IT/systems separation (ERP, POS, HR, finance systems, data migration, TSAs).
  • Define and manage the programme plan, budget, RAID log, and governance framework.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external advisors, and technology partners.
  • Manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and dependencies.
  • Report progress and risks to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational continuity throughout separation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
