🚀 We're Hiring: Programme Manager – Apprenticeships
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for developing people and delivering outstanding apprenticeship programmes? We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead a high-performing delivery team, drive learner success, and build strong employer partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of apprenticeship professionals
- Driving learner achievement, retention, and employer satisfaction
- Managing programme performance, quality, and compliance
- Building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Using data and insight to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting programme growth, innovation, and operational excellence

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing apprenticeship programmes and delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship compliance
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Experience using learner management systems and performance reporting tools
- A track record of improving quality, achievement, and operational performance
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable:
- Team Leader or Management qualification
- Assessor (CAVA/A1) qualification
- Internal Quality Assurance (IQA/V1) qualification
