ERP Implementation Consultant (Contractor)
Northampton
We're recruiting for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead a major ERP implementation and business transformation programme within a cutting-edge engineering organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Manage programme governance, planning, risks and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate third-party implementation partners and service providers.
- Drive business change, user adoption and successful programme delivery.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering Epicor ERP software implementation programmes.
- Strong programme management and business transformation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and enterprise systems.
