Programme Manager | Front to Back Tech Transformation – Boutique IB, Cap Markets | £1,200 Inside IR35 | Long Term rolling

Programme Manager – Front-to-Back Technology Transformation to lead one of the most significant technology and business transformation programmes within a boutique investment bank.

As the Programme Director for Tech change, you’ll report directly to the CIO of Capital Markets. As the Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a multi-year transformation agenda across the front, middle and back office.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme execution, driving major platform upgrades, modernisation initiatives and business integration programmes that support the firm's continued growth.

A key aspect of the Programme Manager role will be extending the Capital Markets technology estate and operating model to support other divisions across the bank, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Wealth and Retail Banking, creating a more integrated, scalable and efficient technology platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
