Programme Manager

Every Aston Martin starts as an ambitious idea. Transforming that idea into a world-class vehicle requires more than engineering excellence. It requires leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to bring hundreds of moving parts together behind a single vision.

This is your opportunity to lead the programmes that turn vision into reality.

About the Role

As a Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of significant vehicle programmes, leading the delivery of complex cross-functional activities from early programme definition through to Start of Production. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for programme delivery, financial performance, timing, quality, and risk across some of Aston Martin's most important product initiatives.

You'll be responsible for driving programme execution across Engineering, Design, Purchasing, Finance, Launch, Planning, and Manufacturing functions, ensuring priorities remain aligned and critical programme milestones are achieved. You'll lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and make decisions that directly impact the successful delivery of future Aston Martin vehicles.

The scale of responsibility is significant—managing programmes with budgets of up to £100m, you'll oversee programme plans, resource allocation, risk management, change control, and financial performance while ensuring delivery against business objectives. You'll also lead and develop Project Leaders and Project Coordinators, creating the environment and direction needed for successful programme execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
