Role Overview Savills’ PMO team, part of Global Occupier Services, delivers complex real estate and transformation programmes across the UK and EMEA. As an Associate Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of programmes, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to multi‑workstream delivery. You will operate with oversight, guidance, and support from our team’s PMO Leads, while taking real ownership of day-to-day programme activity, coordinating stakeholders, managing controls, and driving delivery. As the role develops, there will be increasing opportunity to lead programmes independently, manage junior resource, and contribute to the growth and development of client accounts and the PMO offering.

The PMO is a dynamic, fast‑paced, and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes and supporting one another. We work closely with strategy and digital experience teams to ensure programme approaches are robust, deliverable, and effective. We are all ambassadors for the PMO service line, and each team member plays a role in strengthening our reputation as a credible, value‑generating service.
