Job Description
We are looking for experienced and pro-active Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team. You will work on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally, transforming healthcare facilities through international transformation programmes and national business change programmes, with values ranging from £1m to over £2 billion.
Our healthcare projects are iconic, international, and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace. These projects involve the design, construction, and operation of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, focusing on patient care, sustainability, and cutting-edge medical technology.
You will have experience of working on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing, and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
As a Programme Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, and share best practices and lessons learned Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working on programmes, healthcare programme management experience desirable Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to healthcare facilities Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems Excellent communication skills, in person and written Degree qualified in a relevant field Professional membership desirable
