IT Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme within a complex, multi-site organisation. Reporting to the IT Director, this role will take ownership of the successful delivery of the D365 F&O implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, technology functions, and implementation partners to deliver a successful transition and maximise the value of the new platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering ERP transformation programmes, with proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations across multiple business units, locations, or operational environments. This is a key role focused on driving business improvement, process optimisation, and technology-enabled change, ensuring the organisation fully leverages the capabilities of its new ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation programme.
  • Manage all stages of the ERP lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live optimisation.
  • Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external implementation partners.
  • Establish effective programme governance, managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Drive business readiness and adoption across multiple sites, functions, and user groups.
  • Support the transition from legacy systems and processes into the D365 F&O environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of technology and automation.
  • Ensure the programme delivers measurable operational improvements and long-term business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
