We are seeking experienced Programme Managers with strong, hands-on Space, Range and Display (SRD) experience within the food retail sector.
About the Role
You will join established SRD teams and support the delivery of a critical migration programme, working closely with business SMEs, senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate programme delivery across Space, Range and Display.
- Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
- Work across range management, space planning and store display activities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business teams and external partners.
- Create clarity and maintain delivery momentum where information is limited.
- Ensure accurate planning, reporting and programme governance.

- Strong Programme Management and delivery experience.
- Recent experience within a food retail business.
- Hands-on Space, Range and Display (SRD) experience.
- High proficiency in planogram generation/tools.
- Experience working across both range and display.
- Strong critical-path management skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and accuracy skills.
- Some knowledge of Blue Yonder would be beneficial.
