Executive Education Programme Manager

Permanent – 40 hours per week 6-month probation period

About the Role

As a Programme Manager, you will lead changemakers by orchestrating every aspect of high-impact Executive Education programmes, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and transformative learning experiences for participants.

The role spans the Open Programmes team, managing the end-to-end execution of global Executive Education programmes for senior leaders—coordinating projects, delivering onsite launches, and ensuring digital platforms operate flawlessly.

Note: Some programmes run outside core hours, including evenings/weekends. Flexible hours and hybrid work (currently minimum 2 in-office days) are supported, though in-demand schedules may require greater office presence.

Job Overview

You’ll manage executive programmes (local, national, and global) from projection to completion:

  • Detailed project and onsite delivery of complex digital learning programs.
  • Event logistics (booking, AV, catering, virtual environments, and participant experience).
  • Stakeholder liaison, including faculty, business partners, and clients.
  • Continuous improvement through feedback and participant engagement.

Key responsibility spans programme management, stakeholder relations, technological delivery, and hidden service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Event Management

  • Execute a portfolio of high-earnings programmes within set timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure transparency through meticulous planning, tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate landside operations: Accommodation, travel, AV equipment, virtual learning platforms (VLE), and extended networking events (including improvised weekend functions).
  • Partner with faculty and external speakers to confirm terms, review teaching materials, and handle translations per deadlines.
  • Garner in-person events with full-cast execution—overseeing on-site preparedness, technology troubleshooting, and participant engagement.
  • Manage live online activity on platforms (Zoom/BBM) both remotely or within campus studio setups.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
