Programme Manager - Oracle Fusion, ERP, Government, SC Cleared, Hybrid, 12 months £800
We are seeking a seasoned SC Cleared programme leader with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion or equivalent cloud ERP platforms. Do you thrive in delivering large-scale, complex transformations across multiple departments? We're seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead a high-impact programme that will revolutionise how civil service departments operate, delivering streamlined, automated, and shared services for over 250,000 government colleagues.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar cloud platforms
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-department programmes
- Expertise in enterprise API systems, integration hubs, and data migration
- Skilled in managing large-scale API ecosystems and system interoperability
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level in federated environments
- Familiar with cloud infrastructure, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Integration Cloud

What You'll Do:
- Lead delivery of a multi-faceted transformation, ensuring seamless integration and migration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with enterprise architecture and standards
- Manage dependencies and deliverables across cross-government agencies, suppliers, and teams
- Drive innovative API-first and event-driven integration solutions to support secure data exchange
- Ensure timely delivery within fixed milestones, managing high-dependency risks
