Programme Manager (Oracle Fusion Implementation)
Our client, a leading global AI and digital services firm, is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme for a UK Public Sector client and is looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this strategic implementation. This is a high-profile role, requiring an experienced project leader with a strong track record of delivering complex ERP programmes within consulting or IT services environments.
Key Experience Required

Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally across:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Payroll
- Recruitment or Finance

Experience with other ERP platforms, such as SAP, will also be considered.

Strong experience delivering Oracle Payroll implementations is highly desirable.

Background working within:
- IT Services
- Consulting or Systems Integration environments

Excellent programme and project management capabilities, with a strong delivery toolkit and governance experience.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
- Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology workstreams.
- Ensure successful adoption and delivery outcomes across the programme lifecycle.

- Location: Hybrid – Between Home, London, and client locations
- Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 Basic + Excellent Package
