We have a brilliant (and urgent) opportunity for a high-impact Delivery Manager at the centre of a major digital technology transformation programme.
What's the role?
Working closely with the CTO, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of transformation initiatives, including platform implementations, data migrations, legacy system decommissioning, cloud and infrastructure transitions, third-party technology integrations, and platform modernisation projects.
Working closely with technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders, you'll bring structure, pace, and clarity to complex change programmes ensuring successful delivery from discovery through to implementation and adoption; translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans; navigate dependencies, manage risks; and driving outcomes that create lasting business value.
If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving challenging delivery problems, and have a track record of successfully leading large-scale technology change, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology transformation initiatives, from discovery and planning through to implementation, cutover, and business adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, data, operations, and business change functions.
- Build and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive stakeholder reporting.
- Drive complex platform migration activity, including data migrations, legacy system replacements, platform upgrades, and cloud transformation programmes.
- Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customers.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technology suppliers, ensuring accountability and delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally supportable.
- Facilitate effective decision-making across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities and managing delivery risks.
- Champion strong delivery practices, continuous improvement, and effective programme governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
