Job Title: Programme Manager

Salary: Circa £35,000

Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in Cambridgeshire

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a rapidly growing educational institution, providing end-to-end project, event, and client management for their bespoke executive learning programs.

As Programme Manager, you'll oversee the coordination of clients, faculty, venues, and logistics to ensure every programme is delivered to the highest standard.

Skills & Experience

  • Detailed project and event management (booking accommodation, travel, catering, AV, budget tracking, risk registers).
  • Client, delegate, venue, and faculty relationship management and communication.
  • On-site delivery and execution (hosting dinners; technical support on Zoom/Teams).
  • Facilitating brief/debrief sessions, rehearsals, and lessons learned frameworks.
  • Flexible, adaptable, customer-centric attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
