Programme Manager
The Programme Manager will play a key role in managing technology-driven projects within the public sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This position is based in Sheffield and requires a strong understanding of programme management methodologies and public sector operations.

Description
- Establish clear governance, drive momentum and create a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and measurable results
- Oversee the planning and delivery of technology-related programmes within the organisation.
- Ensure that all projects align with organisational goals and public sector compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor programme risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports for senior management.
- Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in programme management methodologies.
- Evaluate programme outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with communications team to deliver effective internal and external communications strategy, raising awareness of programme across organisation and to key stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Programme Manager should have:
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex technology programmes within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of programme management frameworks and tools.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels of an organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulations relevant to the public sector in Sheffield.
- A professional qualification in programme or project management is desirable.
