Programme & Operations Manager

Super exciting flexible role - three days per week, fully remote, £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Boardwalk is a mentoring and leadership community with a simple, powerful mission: to help more talented women in hospitality reach board-level positions.

Through mentoring, development programmes, and an extraordinary network of industry leaders, Boardwalk gathers some of the sector's most influential CEOs, board directors, mentors, and future leaders. Our community is characterised by its supportive, ambitious, generous, and action-driven spirit.

As Boardwalk continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Programme & Operations Manager to become the operational heart of our organisation.

The Opportunity

This position is rare—a chance to play a defining role that blends operational leadership with deep impact.

Working closely with our founders, you will:

  • Keep the organisation moving by managing mentoring programmes, events, and communications.
  • Coordinate key events and meetings, from networking sessions to Advisory Board gatherers.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing, ensuring clarity and contributions from CEOs, board directors, mentors, and mentees.
  • Develop compelling LinkedIn content and ensure every outreach, email, or introduction feels meaningful.
  • Ensure each detail is refined, strengthening relationships within Boardwalk’s community.

Flexible, remote, three days per week, with the possibility of occasional London visits for events or meetings.

The Candidate

We seek a dynamic and capable leader who marries rigour with warmth, demonstrating distinct judgement and agility.

  • Current/former Programme Manager, Operations Manager, Membership Manager, Events Professional, or Executive Assistant.
  • Candidates looking to expand ownership, add flexibility, and enjoy impactful work.
