We are seeking an experienced Programme Performance Lead to support the delivery and performance management of a major infrastructure programme within a highly regulated environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing programme performance, monitoring key milestones, identifying programme-level issues, and supporting financial planning and reporting activities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help ensure effective governance, accurate forecasting, and robust performance reporting across a complex portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee performance across a major works programme.
- Review programme reporting to identify trends, risks, issues, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead programme baseline and milestone reviews, tracking progress and project completion.
- Identify programme-level risks and issues and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
- Manage programme financial activities, including forecasting, funding requirements, approvals, and reporting.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of programme performance and governance processes.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for programme review meetings and management forums.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective programme reporting.
- Provide support and guidance within the wider programme performance team.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience in programme management, programme controls, or governance environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing programme performance reporting, forecasting, or financial governance processes is highly desirable.
