Programme / Planning Managers (3-5 Years’ Experience) London | £40,000–£60,000 | Hiring 3-4 People Construction Consultancy | Built Environment | Commercial Fit‑Out Preferred
We’re supporting a major client with multiple openings for Programme / Planning Managers to join their rapidly growing team. This is an exciting chance to work alongside an experienced PMO Partner, gaining exposure to global commercial occupier clients across a variety of sectors and regions.

What You’ll Be Doing A varied role covering all aspects of Project Controls & Programme Management, including: Developing & updating project/programme schedules Supporting reporting, dashboards & progress updates Managing risk registers, change logs & cost reporting inputs Attending meetings with project teams, consultants & senior client stakeholders Helping shape programme strategy across multiple high‑profile projects
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in programme management, planning or project controls Consultancy experience (essential) Background in the built environment Commercial fit‑out experience (ideal but not essential) Degree‑educated (BA/BSc or equivalent experience) Strong organisational, analytical & communication skills A positive, driven character looking to grow quickly
