We are seeking a Programme Support team member to join Pinc College, where you will deliver worlds of difference to the lives of young people aged 16โ24 with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Based within the vibrant and inspiring setting of Salford Museum & Art Gallery, this role is perfect for someone who is organised, compassionate, passionate about inclusivity and committed to fostering positive progress for young people.

About the Role
Youโll work across teaching, programme delivery, pastoral care and administrative duties, including:
- Providing learning and pastoral support tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student cohort
- Collaborating with teaching and programme teams to help implement and track EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes
- Supporting day-to-day running of Pinc College campus
- Contributing to safeguarding, wellbeing and enrichment activities that create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Enabling young people to thrive socially, emotionally and practically towards achieving their goals
