We are seeking a Programme Support team member to join Pinc College, where you will deliver worlds of difference to the lives of young people aged 16โ€“24 with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Based within the vibrant and inspiring setting of Salford Museum & Art Gallery, this role is perfect for someone who is organised, compassionate, passionate about inclusivity and committed to fostering positive progress for young people.

About the Role

Youโ€™ll work across teaching, programme delivery, pastoral care and administrative duties, including:

  • Providing learning and pastoral support tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student cohort
  • Collaborating with teaching and programme teams to help implement and track EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes
  • Supporting day-to-day running of Pinc College campus
  • Contributing to safeguarding, wellbeing and enrichment activities that create an engaging and supportive learning environment
  • Enabling young people to thrive socially, emotionally and practically towards achieving their goals
