Programme and Performance Coordinator

Business Unit: 5038 - Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST)

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Job Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme & Performance Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving performance across operational works programmes within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating works programmes and managing the performance of Supply Chain Partners (SCPs), ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll act as a central point between operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners—ensuring effective communication, resource allocation, and programme delivery

Duties

  • Plan, create, and maintain detailed works programmes
  • Coordinate Supply Chain Partners to deliver works on time
  • Allocate resources and manage daily operational planning
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and programme targets
  • Manage Works Information Bulletins and Advance Warning Boards
  • Raise purchase requisitions and support cost submissions (Papyrus/SAP)
  • Support permitting processes and ensure compliance with street works regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to works programmes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
  • Ensure health, safety, and CDM information is submitted accurately

Person Specification

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or programme management
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Project desirable)
  • Knowledge of highways maintenance, permitting, or SAP systems (preferred)
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 - Monday to Friday
