The role in a nutshell:
Working with your manager and the One Toyota Marketing team to develop and deliver KINTO Lease offers and campaigns to market. Developing campaigns you will be supported by a comprehensive range of market intelligence, programmes and initiatives, which will require co-ordinated communication through Toyota GB, Lexus UK and Solus from KINTO UK.
Working closely with the KINTO Lease Senior Manager and One Toyota Marketing team your key role will be to deliver new offers and quarterly campaigns to market. This will require understanding the constructs of Contract Hire offers for both Business and Personal Contract Hire products and the margins that exist within these offers. Building strong relationships across internal teams within KINTO UK as well as across the One Toyota organisations will be key to success and your immediate learning journey.
A curious mind will also be key as we look to investigate all data sets available to us as well as some we will develop through the implementation of new systems. Bringing that information together into formal frameworks will be key and will set the tone for the next phase of KINTO Lease development within the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with Senior Manager and One Toyota Marketing team to provide approved offer campaigns, in line with overarching marketing strategies.
- Own the marketing offers approval process, working with the KINTO UK Legal & Compliance team to ensure they have full visibility and sign off for all intended campaigns.
- Develop regular inputs for quarterly offer campaigns that reference market and competitor activity as well as our own performance to provide insights for future campaign planning.
- Through understanding of customer journeys, make tactical offer recommendations for both renewals and conquest streams and present these to KINTO Lease Senior Manager and One Toyota Marketing teams.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager and the One Toyota Marketing teams to drive research and insights to share opportunities for new, relevant product developments and Customer Lifetime Value/Vehicle Lifetime Value strategies.

Essential:

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical experience, but with the ability to operate with a commercial perspective; appreciating the importance of using data & insight to drive action and deliver pro-active recommendations / opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to ensure any insight and data is understood by other teams and individuals across the wider sales and marketing teams and business.
- Proven experience in Excel at an advanced level.
- Skilled at building excellent stakeholder relationships.

This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
