The City of Marlborough is seeking to fill the full-time (40 Hours) position of Programming and Outreach Librarian at the Marlborough Public Library.

Overview
The City of Marlborough's Public Library is hiring a Programming and Outreach Librarian. This full-time professional role reports to the Head of Adult Services & Technology and is responsible for delivering reference services, planning and executing adult programming, marketing library services, and driving community outreach initiatives. Additionally, the role involves collection management, tech troubleshooting, and assisting in daily library management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Library Science.
- 1 to 3 years of related library experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Language Skill (Beneficial): Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
