About Us
At INK, great content is at the heart of everything we do. We create, curate and distribute engaging programming and digital content that connects with audiences around the world. As a global media business, we work across multiple platforms, helping brands and content creators reach millions of consumers through compelling storytelling and innovative media experiences.
We're proud of our collaborative culture and believe that attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience. Whether you're taking your first step into media or looking to build on existing experience, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of content programming, work alongside industry experts, and play a key role in bringing great content to audiences.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing broadcast / lounge TV platform and play a key role in shaping content for audiences across multiple international markets. Working closely with the wider content, commercial and technical teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day programming and scheduling of network channels, ensuring content and advertising assets are accurately delivered and published. Alongside programming responsibilities, you will support the growth of the network by identifying content opportunities, researching potential acquisition partners, and helping to fill content gaps across the schedule. You will also contribute to the evolution of the network itself, working with internal teams to refine workflows, improve operational processes and support future development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
