The Opportunity

The global healthcare landscape is evolving, and Roche’s Global Procurement is leading the charge with innovative, strategic approaches. As a vital partner in supplier ecosystem management, you’ll ensure Roche continues to deliver ** 비용 savings for patients, improve health outcomes, and prepare for future patient needs**.

This Programs and Solutions Lead – Digital and Tech (Procurement) role sits within Strategy and Solutions, where we’re transforming procurement by:

Core Responsibilities

You’ll lead a high-performing, agile team to shape procurement’s future through Digital and Tech. Your mandate?Deliver groundbreaking solutions—now and next.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Market and Supplier-Driven Innovation

    • Co-create market-first, transformative solutions that go beyond traditional procurement.
    • Challenge entrenched ways of working.
    • Reimagine value delivery for beyond-standard metrics.
  • Complex Strategies & Program Execution

    • Amplify results from high-stakes programs (e.g., cost transformations) and critical projects (e.g., sophisticated negotiations, large-scale sourcing).
