West Region Progression & So Flexi Team Lead
Key Responsibility Area: Sales Operations
About the Role
In part to take lead responsibility for the West Region Progression and So Flexi team, ensuring their performance across all sales regions is optimal. You’ll oversee the efficiency of Sales Progression and Soflexi Lettings Processes while hitting diverse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This role requires close collaboration with:
- Regional Heads of Sales
- Key internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Direct experience managing a progression team, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets for:
- Exchanges
- Completions
- Legal conveyancing expertise
- Strong motivational and leadership skills to drive team performance and meet objectives across:
- Soflexi Home annual savings reviews
- Application processing
- Relets
- Conversion of shared ownership sales
- Proven history in:
- Lettings
- Shared ownership property sales
- Ability to:
