Project Manager

Commwork ICT Limited · London Area, United Kingdom · Hybrid

Job Description

Location: Hybrid (London-based, with regular international travel to project sites across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.)

Salary: £56,000 (commensurate with experience.)

Company: Commwork ICT Limited

About Us

Commwork ICT Limited is a specialist ICT infrastructure design and delivery consultancy serving large-scale aviation, data centre and critical infrastructure programmes internationally. With an active portfolio across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Türkiye and emerging markets, we partner with major airport operators, telecommunications providers and government clients to deliver world-class ICT systems, structured cabling, security and data-centre infrastructure — from concept design through to commissioning.

We are expanding our delivery team and seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex international ICT infrastructure programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design coordination, multi-disciplinary stakeholder management and on-site execution of airport and data-centre projects, working closely with international consultants, contractors and client teams. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ICT infrastructure leader to bring international airport and data-centre expertise to a fast-growing firm at the heart of major regional and global programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design coordination and on-site delivery of ICT, security and special aviation systems infrastructure for airport terminals, ATC towers and data-centre campuses.
  • Manage projects across the full RIBA Plan of Work (Stages 2–4), including concept design, detailed design and tender documentation.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, technical specifications and Outside Plant (OSP) backbone designs for terminal buildings, ATC towers, private aviation buildings and supporting data-centre facilities.
  • Coordinate with international consultants, multi-disciplinary contractors and client stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Türkiye and Central Asia.
  • Oversee white-space data-centre integration, structured cabling systems (SCS) and multi-module campus rollouts in line with BICSI best practices, TIA-942 and Uptime Institute–aligned standards.
  • Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
  • Mentor design teams and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers within the project organisation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work within the existing international portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
