Project Administrator
Location: Alyth
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Contract: 16-Month Contract
Engagement: Outside IR35
About the Role
Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Project Administrator to support a major infrastructure project based in Alyth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy project environment where you will gain hands-on experience, receive structured support, and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale programme. Offered on a 16-month contract basis and sits Outside IR35.
Please note that, due to the site's remote location, candidates will require their own transportation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project operations and ensuring the smooth running of site activities. Your duties will include:

- Maintaining project tracking tools
- Coordinating resource and equipment schedules
- Assisting with risk and change management records
- Supporting timesheet administration
- Monitoring purchase orders
- Managing document control processes
You will also provide general administrative support to the site team, including organising records and preparing meeting notes.
Key Requirements
The successful Project Administrator will be:
- Organised
- Detail-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications
Previous exposure to SAP would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
