Project Administrator

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Central London
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their growing team. Our client is a well-established consultancy that delivers leadership, communication, and team development programmes to a wide range of prestigious organisations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.   • Coordinate client engagements, scheduling sessions, and managing logistics.
  • Support Project Managers with the delivery of client programmes.
  • Maintain accurate project information across internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the Business Development team in transitioning new opportunities into live projects.
  • Assist with invoicing and credit control activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing client requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
