Company Overview
Saber Renewable Energy funds and commercially structures renewable energy projects across the UK, including CHP, Solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid-connected infrastructure, with delivery managed through our specialist engineering partners. As the business grows its development pipeline, we are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycle, from initial handover through to construction-ready status.

Role Purpose
The Project Administrator plays a central coordination role within the Development team, ensuring that projects transitioning from the origination/HOTS (Heads of Terms) stage into active development are properly onboarded, documented, and progressed. The role acts as an administrative hub for CRM data integrity, document control, client and EPC contractor communication, and invoice processing, ensuring the Development team has accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management — Keep project and client records accurate and current in the CRM, from handover onwards.
- Document Control — Run the filing system so all project documents are version-controlled, named, stored and audit-ready.
- Client Liaison — Act as the admin contact for clients and landowners, handling scheduling, correspondence and updates.
- EPC Contractor Liaison — Coordinate information flow with EPC contractors and track their queries and actions.
