About the Role
Our purpose is clear: to improve patients’ lives by driving informed healthcare decisions. In the Patient-Centered Outcomes team, this purpose is embodied through groundbreaking Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) research. Our work empowers clinical trial decision-making by delivering insights rooted in what truly matters to patients.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Project Administrator within our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in research delivery, acting as a versatile and proactive support for our project teams. While extensive training will be provided, you must demonstrate drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to develop essential skills for success.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in contractual activities with clients and suppliers, including negotiation and fulfillment.
- Oversee financial tracking and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and deliver a variety of client deliverables, such as comprehensive reports and compelling slide decks, while writing conference submissions.
- Skillfully format vital documents, perform data entry, and efficiently acquisition of literature for seamless review.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including drafting and circulation of meeting minutes.
- File documents according to established protocols, ensuring long-term accessibility and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business as needed, maintaining operational efficiency across all departments.

Essential IT skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Although extensive training and support will be delivered to enhance your capabilities, initial familiarity with these tools is crucial.
Key Requirements
- Strong administrative background—preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consultancy environments.
- Devoted time for learning and skill development, with proactivity and self-motivation as hallmarks of your work ethos.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Adaptability and composure within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to fostering positive teamwork, enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize workloads.
- A fluent command of written and spoken English, along with basic mathematical skills.
- Desirable qualification: Administrative expertise or training; however, candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Critical eligibility requirement: Legally permitted to work in the UK.
