Project Administrator
Lura Constructions LTD
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Lura Construction is seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with previous experience in the construction industry, particularly within the housing and residential sector, to play a key role in supporting our operations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to project and site teams.
- Managing project documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Coordinating subcontractor and supplier information.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and project-related paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate records and project databases.
- Assisting with health and safety documentation.
- Preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience within the construction industry.
- Experience working within the housing or residential construction sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
