Project Administrator
Project Administrator - Dounreay
Altrad are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to support the delivery of a newly established project at Dounreay.
The role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the project manager and assist in ensuring project documentation, personnel records and general project activities are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
General administrative support to the project team
Management of project documentation and records
Processing timesheets and supporting weekly reporting
Assisting with onboarding and site access requirements
Maintaining training and competency records
Supporting meetings, minutes and project communications

Liaising with site personnel, suppliers and head office departments
Supporting travel, accommodation and general project coordination activities
Requirements
Previous administration experience
Good organisational and communication skills
Previous experience within construction, industrial or nuclear environments desirable but not essential
