Paying £27,000 + Benefits + Parking - Based in Oldham, North Manchester our client is a successful engineering business that are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding major projects team.

This is an office-based role, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator, as Project Administrator you will be responsible for managing the back-office administration function for the major projects team.

As Project Administrator Your Duties Will Include

  • Logging tender information onto the CRM system
  • Creating new projects on the CRM system
  • Ensuring Engineer timesheet information is received in a timely manner
  • Entering and posting Engineer timesheets daily
  • Creating purchase orders in accordance with instructions and organising deliveries
  • Approving small purchase invoices
  • Assisting the Project Coordinator with a variety of tasks
  • Providing administration support to the Project Sales team
  • Providing administration support to the field team
  • Managing Engineer’s holiday request forms
  • Ensuring any project related issues are highlighted and resolved to completion
