Project Administrator
Project Administrator – Environment
Location: Bournemouth
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Environment Business, working on our Wessex Water Framework in the Dorset region.
Reporting Relationship & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide essential support to both office and site-based management on a variety of AMP 8 infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities include:

Weekly Whereabouts Sheet
- Coordinate with Project Managers & Site Managers to update new schemes, provide out-of-hours traffic management contact details, and ensure accuracy of on-call rotation.

Site Waste Management Plans
- Complete and update waste management plans for all sites.
- Obtain waste transfer notes and verify relevant permits/licences.

Monthly Wessex Water Environmental Data Return
- Use data from waste management plans to execute spreadsheet updates.

Weekly WOW Report
- Coordinate with Project Managers & Site Agents for accurate plant reporting.

Goods Receipt Note (GRN) & Plant Teams
- Process delivery, hire, and collection tickets.
- Manage delivery tickets and support site managers in resolving delivery reporting & issue resolution.

Interruption Cards & Supply Management
- Print interruption cards, maintain original supply interruption spreadsheet, and email updates as required.
Site Office Support
Practical management of stationery, welfare product ordering, printers, and safety checks including:
- Conducting fire drills and PAT testing
- Monitoring fuel levels and arranging skip exchanges
- Ensuring necessary documents are displayed
Goods Receipt & Organisational Coordination
- Safely unload goods.
- Coordinate plant hire/personnel requests.
- Issue resolution for GRN/hire tickets.
Administrative Assistance
- Aiding in printing site packs.
- Assisting with staff training bookings for project managers.
