Employment type: Full time / Permanent

Working Hours: (Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week)

About The Role…

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to support our current administration team. You will be required to have relevant experience of an administrative role combined with strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Working with the Office Manager on all aspects of office management to support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies.
  • Provide support to onsite operatives and senior management as required
  • Handling correspondence including emails, letters, packages and phone calls
  • Maintain and update online records and databases.
  • Provide support to internal teams to ensure training requests and renewals are processed in a timely manner
  • Provide support to internal teams to ensure fleet is managed efficiently
  • Assist with financial tasks such as timesheets, allowances, payroll, purchase orders and invoices
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationary and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Submit timely reports to client as assigned.

About You…

  • Qualifications in office administration would be desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience as an office administrator or similar role is essential
  • Experience of Customer Relationship management
  • Strong knowledge and be proficient in using Microsoft office packages - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as a team or on your own.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to help and to learn from colleagues.
  • Strong enthusiasm and personal drive
  • Enjoys a varied role
  • Polite and helpful telephone manner
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in their work
  • Strong IT Skills
