The Role
Cannon Fire specialise in providing service & installation requirements to the Fire & Security industry across the UK. With over 30 years of experience, Cannon Fire Protection has developed an excellent reputation as a market leader in the fire safety industry.
For well over a decade now the company has focused on supporting fire industry trade users, providing turnkey solutions for fire suppression. Independent auditing of our quality management systems, contracting and service operations ensures the very best provision of support in our sector.
We are now seeking an organised Project Administrator to join our team in a crucial role within our day-to-day operations.
Job Description
- Support delivery of Projects and Installations to a high-quality standard.
- Answering phone and dealing with Customer Enquiries.
- Support scheduling and programming of works with Customers and Engineers/Sub-Contractors.
- Sending and processing engineering paperwork to customers.
- Keep the engineering work banks up to date and organised.
- Supporting Engineer efficiency throughout the department.
- Raising subcontractor orders where required.
- Provide input and collaboration with other sales members across the Asset Protection Group at Monthly Sales Meetings.
- Ensuring customer purchase orders are in line with sales cost sheets.
- Maintain logging of engineer appointments onto PDA’s.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication is made with customers to take care of customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Support the Cannon Team as and when required.
