Project Administrator – Translation Management – Permanent, Full-Time
The Translation Management department of our Translation service line has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support internal teams and key Russian-speaking clients.
About the Role
You will provide essential administrative support, assist with Russian-speaking client communications, and manage translation workflows covering 70+ languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foreground role in monitoring fast-paced communication with Russian-speaking clients
- Interpreting client requests, gathering necessary information, and logging tasks in the project tracker
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth client account operations
- Operating independently early in shifts to facilitate efficient teamwork
- Moving and verifying content between systems for accuracy

Requirements
- Fluent in both Russian and English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong admin, data management, and organisational abilities
- Google Suite literate (essential for daily operations)
- Driven, proactive, and solution-focused mindset with a dedication to business goals

Location & Salary
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- ** Salary:** £25,000–£27,500
