Job Title: Palantir Project Administrator
π Location: London, UK (Hybrid β 2β3 Days/Week)
π· Rate: Β£500 ~ Β£550 /Day (Inside IR35)
π Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Palantir Project Administrator to support the administration, governance, and day-to-day operations of the Palantir platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, compliant, and optimized while coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Palantir platform, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and identity governance.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Monitor platform performance, system health, and capacity utilization.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and Palantir support for escalations and issue resolution.
- Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Palantir Platform Administration and Operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of platform governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience managing user access, authentication, authorization, and permissions.
- Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Experience monitoring platform health, performance, and operational metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and support teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise data platforms or cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Exposure to DevOps, release management, or platform automation.
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments
