Project Administrator – Permanent
A fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business. Due to business growth, this is a newly created role responsible for managing intercompany projects. We need somebody extremely organised, methodical, with a strong background in admin & who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Job Description for the Project Administrator role:
- As the Project Administrator, coordinate and manage intercompany administrative projects across multiple brands
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- As the Project Administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs
- Create daily manifests for trunking vehicles across all company brands
- As the Project Administrator, you will coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams and transport providers
- Prepare drivers' delivery notes and all supporting transport documentation
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure projects and deliveries run smoothly
- Ensure a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements for the Project Administrator role:
- Previous experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Sales Administrator is essential for the role
- Looking for someone from a manufacturing, engineering, or similar industry background
- Experience with MS Excel – creating formulas, etc
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail
- This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Order Processor, or similar
- This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Stone, Trentham, Fenton, Longton, Leek, Cheadle, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Eccleshall

- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Salary:
- £29,000 Per Annum
