Role: Project Analyst

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £28,900 (DOE)

Travel: Lincolnshire (Hybrid - typically 2-3 days per week in the office)

iO Associates are working with an established UK software organisation that delivers specialist solutions into Healthcare and other highly regulated environments. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in a Project Analyst to support the delivery of software implementation projects for customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in technology and project delivery. Whether you've worked in project support, software implementations, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role, this position offers the chance to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation and configuration of software solutions
  • Analysing customer data and resolving inconsistencies
  • Troubleshooting technical and implementation issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitoring project progress and helping ensure delivery against agreed timelines
  • Organising and attending internal and customer project meetings
  • Delivering customer training both remotely and on-site
  • Maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a key point of contact
  • Providing support during customer go-live activities, including occasional site visits

Skills:

  • Project coordination or project delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confidence working with data and identifying issues
  • A full UK driving licence (or close to obtaining one)
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally, including overnight stays where required
