The Project Analyst supports the delivery of multiple projects, working as part of a project or wider programme team. You will assist project managers in delivering tasks needed to achieve project objectives, including data analysis, business process evaluation, and workshop facilitation. Your work will help ensure projects deliver to time, cost and quality, while supporting business readiness for change.

You will also contribute to business analytics, using data to support project delivery and process improvement. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to continuous improvement in Health & Safety.

What you'll be doing

  • Support project delivery, assisting project managers with planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to business case development, benefits mapping, and solution evaluation
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with end users to understand business problems
  • Gather, analyse, and present data to support project delivery
  • Support change management and business readiness activities
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement
